Can a NNet be installed in a vehicle if it wasn't orignally designed for one? Like a Mount or a Tank?

With enough engineering, yes. That'd require an extended Computers roll along with several Electronics, and perhaps a basic Physics or two. Not easy to do, but certainly not beyond an actual engineer.

How would a NNet effect such a vehicle? What happens if it came from a different type say a Cobra NNet being placed in a ground vehicle?

It would have to be retrained, right? Can it do that?

An NNet allows for more subtle and realistic control of a complex vehicle. The walk cycle of a Gear, for example, and most of its ability to balance comes from an NNet. Mounts don't have that, so they tend to fall over a lot easier, and aren't quite as agile.

Game effects? I'll be requiring Mount pilots to make a lot more piloting rolls in order to keep upright and do things. Gear pilots don't have to do that.

When moving an Nnet from one vehicle to a very different one, it will *definately* have to be retrained.

unless it's swifty's NNet:)

eh who am i kidding, it's one thing to be able to go from one type of gear to another, put it in another vehicle altogether and it's probably like "oh hey, this thing doesn't have any legs" or "what the heck am i doing in an earther vehicle!?!"

I was thinking that it would develop like a complex...lol...like a cobra NNet in an Urban Comba Mount (the small bipedal ones). It thinks its tough...but it really isn't. =)
